Spaniard Paula Badosa defeated Brenda Fruhvirtova 6-4, 6-2 to move into the third round of Wimbledon at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in London on Thursday.
Badosa, ranked No 93, will face Russian Daria Kasatkina, the No 14 seed, next.
The Spaniard won against Karolina Muchova (6-3, 6-2) in the previous round of The Championships.
In the previous round of The Championships, Fruhvirtova, ranked No 88, beat Russian Mirra Andreeva, the No 24 seed (1-6, 6-3, 6-2).
