Here’s Why Paige Spiranac and ‘Happy Days’ Actor Scott Baio Were Feuding
While you may have never guessed that actor Scott Baio and golf instructor Paige Spiranac would be involved in a social media beef, the day has come. The two had it out on social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter, on Tuesday.

After the 63-year-old Happy Days actor shared disparaging commentary regarding a video that mistakenly identified a blonde woman as Spiranac herself, the online verbal sparring ensued. While the majority of the tweets have been deleted at this time, Spiranac addressed the issue with a message of her own on the afternoon of Dec. 5.
“Add Scott Baio to the list of people I never thought I would have beef with. What a world,” she wrote at 2:33 p.m., while quote tweeting one of the since-deleted messages.

Baio was quick to respond with regret. “My apologies,” he pleaded. “Someone posted a video saying it was you and attempted to drag my minor daughter (a junior golfer) and I defended myself. I apologize as I don’t know you or the other woman from the video. I have no problem admitting when I am wrong.”
Seemingly the feud came to a swift conclusion, as Spiranac shared an update at 3:43 p.m., noting that “the beef with Scott Baio has ended.”

Regardless of the quick resolution, plenty of the one-time SI Swimsuit model’s 958,200 followers were ready to come to her defense.
“I think you’re fun, entertaining and you know what you’re marketing,” one fan encouraged. “I hope you stay with it.”
“Seems like Scott is having some not so happy days,” a user joked.
“Good lookin out Paige I was anxiously refreshing my feed,” one person quipped.
