It looks like Hilary Duff might have a new man in her life… businessman Ely Sandvik!

The 29-year-old Younger actress was seen engaging in lots of PDA with Ely over the weekend in Malibu, Calif.

Hilary and Ely were seen going surfing and kissing on the beach. He was also seen carrying her through the waves at one point during the romantic afternoon!

Ely’s LinkedIn page lists him as the CEO of solar energy company SOLr Energy Consulting.

Hilary was previously linked to singer Matthew Koma. They split back in April after several months of dating.
