Simona Halep declared exclusively for PRO TV and Sport.ro that she found herself in certain feelings expressed by Andre Agassi in his autobiography, “Open.”

Speaking about the book written by Andre Agassi, in which he repeats several times the fact that he hated visceral tennis, Simona Halep said the following:
“It really fascinated me. Knowing him, I understood the book more and realized that there are times when tennis is so hard that you feel like you hate it, as he also said. I’m sure it was just a mix of feelings because of certain moments she experienced on the field or off it,” Simona Halep pointed out, in the interview granted to Știrile PRO TV.

As for the possibility of her starting to write a book, Simona Halep stated that there is a good chance that Romanian bookstores will have, in the future, a book written by the former WTA number one on the shelves.
“I was always against the idea of writing a book. I didn’t want to express my feelings, I’m more of an introverted person. But after everything that happened in the last two years, I started to think.
I don’t know if it will happen, but I think I would like to share with the fans and the people who have supported me in the last two years, everything that I have experienced. But I don’t know yet,” added Simona Halep for PRO TV and Sport.ro.
