previously Australian tennis boss Craig Tiley revealed that Nick Kyrgios’s injury might not let him play tournaments for two years consecutively. Tiley also said- “we’re going to have Nick here in some form or another in January. Hopefully, it is to play because he’s a crowd-pleaser. We love watching Nick and love having him around.” While this is truly saddening for his professional career, Kyrgios needs to ensure his physical fitness before he appears on the court.

Kyrgios’s injury truly impacted his career as the Australian tennis player dropped out of the rankings of ATP after his injury. However, Alexander Zverev became a true inspiration for him.

Zverev also suffered a massive ankle injury during the 2022 French Open. However, that didn’t stop him from snatching victories at the tournament. Zverev won two titles in 2023 with a great performance consistency. Zverev’s perseverance inspired Kyrgios as he wanted to make a fierce comeback in 2024.

While Kyrgios fans might not see the tennis star in the upcoming Australian Open, he will surely come back on the court. Not to mention, plenty of tournaments are there for Nick Kyrgios in the upcoming season. That is why he shouldn’t take chances with his physical fitness.
