Bernardo, Stones, De Bruyne – Man City injury news and return dates ahead of RB Leipzig.

Manchester City will be hoping to bounce back when they travel to Germany Bernardo Silva, John Stones, Kevin De Bruyne

Manchester City have suffered an uncharacteristic bad week at the office after losing to Newcastle United and Wolverhampton Wanderers.

While the Carabao Cup defeat at St James’ Park could be excused as being beneficial for City in the long run with the Club World Cup taking place in December, Pep Guardiola will not have been impressed to see the Blues’ 100 per cent Premier League record end in the West Midlands. Before the game, Guardiola spoke about the challenges of a quick turnaround and his concerns were proved correct as City failed to break down a well-organised Wolves team.

City will need to put the disappointment behind them ahead of another long trip in midweek as they face RB Leipzig in Germany. MEN Sport has taken a look at the latest news from the treatment room as one player could return to the fold.
