Paige Spiranac Rips WNBA Players To Shreds Over Caitlin Clark Treatment After Latest Cheap Shot

Paige Spiranac isn’t happy with what she’s seeing from WNBA players this season.

For the last month, the main topic of discussion in the WNBA has been the physical play directed at superstar rookie Caitlin Clark.

Clark spoke about the physical play against her in the WNBA during a recent interview with the Indy Star.

“I think everybody is physical with me, they get away with things that probably other people don’t get away with,” “It’s tough, but that’s just the fact of the matter. This is a very physical game, and you’re going to get pressure, this is professional basketball. It is what it is, honestly.”

On Saturday, Clark was once again targetted when she was laid out with a cheap shot by Chicago Sky’s Chennedy Carter.

The latest Clark incident didn’t sit well with Spiranac, who blasted WNBA players over their treatment of the Indiana Fever star.

“Imagine bringing millions of new fans to the game which in turn will make every player more money and yet they treat you like this. A rising tide lifts all boats.”

Spiranac isn’t the only athlete/celebrity to speak out against WNBA players for mistreating Clark.

Last week, Charles Barkley also put WNBA players on blast for hating on Clark.

“You women out there, ya’ll petty. LeBron you’re 100 percent right on these girls hating on Caitlin Clark, ya’ll petty girls. I expect men to be petty cause we’re the most insecure group in the world, ya’ll should be thanking that girl for getting you private charters, all the money and visibly that she’s bringing to the WNBA. Caitlin Clark thank you for bringing all that money and shine to the WNBA”
